Carving the Female Face Pt II -Details
Part II of a three part series on carving the female face in Butternut (also known as White Walnut). In this video I focus on refining the features of our “roughout”. Details include all features of the face: the eyes, nose, mouth, forehead, etc.

If you do not have the same tools, remember you do not have to have the exact same sizes-- just within the same size range. For example a #4 25mm can be replaced with a #2 or #3 in a similar width. #4 -25mm (gouge)
